  • Dispatch Times: Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, though processing times may increase during shop drops, holidays, or new collection launches.

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes approximately 15 to 20 days from the dispatch date, depending on your location and local postal service efficiency.

  • Address Errors: Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate at checkout. And Co. Market is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees for returned packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, your parcel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees determined by your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Final Sale: Due to the delicate and limited-edition nature of stationery and stickers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
